Grab L1RealismSetup with the button on this page. If Windows says it "protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway. It shows that for any new app that isn't from a big publisher.
L1 checks your PC and finds FiveM. Click Install. It installs ReShade and L1, then checks every file.
Download QuantV from its official page (L1 can't include it). Drag the QuantV zip onto the L1 app, or let L1 find it in your Downloads.
Open Presets in the app and choose which look FiveM starts with. In game, press Home to open the ReShade menu and switch looks.
Start FiveM as normal. L1 will let you know when there's an update. One click and you're on the latest.
L1's looks as plain QuantV presets. They need nothing but QuantV, but you won't get L1's night sky, brighter nights or weather moods.
